Refund Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. The short version
If something is broken on our end, we'll make it right — including a refund when that's the fair outcome. We don't hide behind fine print, and you never have to call a "retention specialist" to leave.
2. When refunds apply
- New servers: if you're unhappy within 48 hours of your first payment and haven't used the server heavily, we'll refund it in full. No forms, no interrogation.
- Service failure: if your server is down for more than 24 consecutive hours because of a problem on our side, we'll refund the affected period — or the whole month if it's really bad. Your choice of credit or money back.
- Renewals: charged automatically, but if you forgot to cancel and ask us within 48 hours of renewal, we'll refund it — as long as the server hasn't been used since the charge.
- Double payments and honest mistakes: always refunded in full.
3. When refunds don't apply
- Servers suspended for breaking the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Change of mind after heavy use — more than 50% of the billing period has passed, or the server has clearly been in sustained use, such as serving production traffic.
- Problems caused by your own code, configuration or dependencies — though we'll happily help you find the cause.
- Chargebacks filed before talking to us. Seriously, just email us first; it's faster.
4. How to request one
Email [email protected] with your account email and the transaction reference. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — in every case we can resolve it faster directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the matter is settled.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy adds to the rights you have under consumer law; it doesn't replace or limit them.
