What should I include when something is broken?
The app or server name and its region, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, and when it started. Error text, build logs or a failing step name let us find the cause much faster.
I’m moving from another host. Can you help?
We can’t move your files for you, but the platform builds straight from GitHub: push your repository, add a Dockerfile or let Nixpacks detect the stack, and point your domains once the first deploy is up. Write us if anything in that path gets stuck.
Can I request a runtime or database engine?
PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Redis and MongoDB run today, and builds work with any Dockerfile. Other engines and runtimes: send the request — popular requests get built first.
How do I report abuse?
Email [email protected] with the URLs, IP addresses and timestamps involved. We investigate verified reports and take action under our acceptable use policy.
