Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. The short version
You are responsible for workloads on your server and their effect on shared networks and IP space. For questions about permitted use, contact: [email protected].
2. Not allowed
You may not use the Service, or allow it to be used, to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk email — outbound email over port 25 is blocked on our network to enforce this;
- mine cryptocurrency or run comparable sustained hidden workloads;
- host, link to or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that infringes others' rights;
- launch, relay or participate in attacks of any kind — denial-of-service, brute-force, port scanning, or exploiting other systems;
- harass, dox or threaten people, or host content that does so.
3. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate servers that violate this policy, with notice where practical. Illegal activity gets no notice, and we report it where we are legally required or it is appropriate to do so. Repeated or serious abuse ends the account.
4. Hosting locations
Servers run in data centres in Europe and the United States: Germany (Nuremberg and Falkenstein), Finland (Helsinki), and the United States (Ashburn, VA and Hillsboro, OR). Application data stays in the region you choose. You remain responsible for the data you process, including any obligations under the GDPR or other law that applies to you.
5. Refunds
Purchases go through Stripe checkout; contact support for refund requests. Applicable statutory rights still apply. Cancellation always stops future billing — you can choose deletion at the end of the paid period or immediately.
6. Contact
